Abby O'Neil

President & GM

Abby O'Neill's career is a testament to the power of music and cultural programming. Best known for curating NPR's globally acclaimed Tiny Desk Concerts, Abby brought a fresh, authentic voice to the industry, championing underrepresented genres and artists while shaping music history. She went on to lead Cultural Programming and Strategy at Summit Series, extending her instinct for discovery into experience design at the intersection of music, art, and innovation, before founding Key Bridge Entertainment to produce culture-first ventures on her own terms.

As President and GM of IAM, Abby now applies that same eye for authentic talent and cultural relevance to building enduring, owner-operated companies — bringing the rigor of platform-building to the artists and public figures IAM partners with, and helping define what it means to build a business, not just a brand, from a creator's intellectual capital.
